German Segal is a film, TV and stage actor based in London, England.

He studied at the Moscow Art Theatre School for four years, and worked in numerous projects in Russia upon his graduation. In 2021, he landed his first English-language role starring in The Undeclared War, a Channel 4 British TV series directed by Peter Kosminsky.

The following year, in 2022, he enrolled at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London for an MA in Acting for Screen, graduating with distinction. His recent work in the UK includes the second season of Wolf Hall for BBC One.

German can currently be seen reprising his series regular role as Russian hacker Vadim Trusov in The Undeclared War Series 2 (directed by Paul McGuigan), available to stream in the UK on Channel 4 and on Peacock in the US.
